Hope everyone had a great long weekend. We had beautiful weather and it looks like it will stay around for a few more days.
Last week I finished up a few wips I was working on. The first one is by Bent Creek, Rise and Shine. I love how this one looks with my coffee themed table runner .. don't you think it would look great in a banner made of this fabric??
The next finish is Blackbird Designs' Small Token. I'll be finishing this into the suggested pin cushion. This was a really fun design to stitch and I really liked the colors. I used the fabric and threads recommended by the designers.
and my last finish is Blackbird Designs' Petites Lettres Rouges that I stitched in memory of my mom. I'm really pleased with how this one turned out and can't wait to go and find frames .. I'd like to frame both this one and the one I did for my mil in the same frame, something old and distressed looking .. I'll have to hit up some garage sales.
Carol is having a giveaway on her blog .. she made some lovely scissor fobs and is offering them up to two lucky winners *smile*
I'm off to do some ornament exchange stitching .. I'm really behind and need to focus and get these stitched, finished and mailed .. hate making my friends think I don't care about them because I'm late with their ornaments .. so no stitching for myself until I'm caught up!
I hope you find your joy in your stitches ...
I'm grateful for sunshine ...

Cute finishes!
Oh, I love your finishes!!!!!
Love your finishes Michele.
So glad you had a lovely long weekend. We did too. Weather was gorgeous until yesterday afternoon when it turned dull and a little cold.
Oh I love your RISE and SHINE and you're right it would be lovely as a banner made out of your table runner fabric! Or maybe just tacked on the table runner and have it as the table runner!
Your BBD finishes are lovely too! I just framed my Granny's ABC tribute...Hobby Lobby has 50% off their custom frames this week...lots of antique looking frames too ;)
Very nice work there girl. Love your rooster finish. It would indeed make a lovely table runner framed in that fabric.
Wonderful finishes Michele! And, yes, I think that the Bent Creek would look perfect with your coffee themed table runner :) Enjoy stitching for the ornament exchanges! Take care!

Congrats!
I have got to buy the Bent Creek to go with my other roosters!
and I need to stitch the Small Token pin cushion. I have it and I'm glad you like the recommended fabric and threads cause that means I'll probably like them too...and I don't have to drive an hour for a floss toss:)
Love the sampler and it's charms:)
