Crafting ...

Happy Friday!  Hope your week has been a good one.  Mine has been filled with crafting and IV steriod infusion .. sounds like much fun doesn't it! lol

Well the crafting has been a blast! Monica and I have set aside Tuesday's as craft night ... this last craft night was working with vinyl.  We found some fun designs online and had our master vinyl guy make them up for us.  My son Chris has a side business doing car graphics and car wrapping with vinyl ... comes in handy when the girls want to play with vinyl too :)  Last week we took and sprayed the glass jars with frosting.  Tuesday they were ready for the vinyl ... we thought they turned out really cute!  We're going to add wire hangers to them and maybe hang a bell or two off the hangers.  I filled up the Jingle Bells car with red bells and a tea light candle .. it looked adorable :)  I think they'll be more of these in our future ... great little gifts for the girls at work.

I've been stitching a bit ... sure goes slow these days ... but so nice to have a needle and thread in my hands again!  I'll having some pictures to share soon :)

BTW, I can't believe I missed this freebie post from Paulette ... look at this!!  It's soooo me :)

Ya know I'll be stitching this one up soon!

Have you received your JCS Christmas Ornament issue yet?  I got mine in the mail yesterday ... love quite a few this year ... The ornament from The Primitive Hare is one of my favorites and I can't wait to kit it up.  Do you have any favorites yet?

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

I hope you find your Joy in your stitches ...

I'm grateful for stitching  ...

The jars are wonderful and I just received my ornament issue the other day. Don't know how much good it will do because I've been collecting them from the beginning and don't think I've done more than one ornie.

BTW, I get a Malware alert when I hit on your blog associated with Deep Inside Missy blog. You might want to take it off your blog roll. I've come across it on a few other blogs also. I run a MAC so I can get through without a problem, but Windows people may have some issues.

Oh that PSS chart is SO you!!! And I love the little jars. Thanks to the magic of pinterest and super cute vinyl projects, I am currently on a campaign to convince my husband I need one of those Silhouette machines. So far, I am unsuccessful but I am working on it.

Well, aren't those jars adorable--you and your daughter-in-law make a great crafting team :) I haven't laid eyes on the JCS Ornament issue yet--I'm hoping to get it at the library very soon!

Take care now and I do hope the steroid infusions are helping with your symptoms, Michele!

Whatever the issue was with me and your blog seems to be resolved. I got here with no issue today.

Getting excited... It'll be October before we know it.

Love your "frosty mugs" crafts. Very nice! The JCS has several contenders - getting around to them is my issue.

Hope the treatments bring improvement to your health!

You are so crafty. I love those jars and they will be adorable all lit up. I only found a couple of ornaments from the issue this year, that I liked.
