First Finish of 2012

Doing a very happy dance ... I finished Home of a Needleworker last night and I'm so pleased with how it turned out! Can't wait to get this puppy framed ... now I want to get started on the first Home of a Needleworker ...
Home of a Needleworker (too!) by Little House Needleworks
stitched on 32 ct Very Light Examplar linen
using suggested Crescent Colours threads

I've had the crud this week ... not fun at all, my poor nose feels like it's going to fall off :( but I have been stitching and just being lazy, well other than work. I've been seeing lots of first finishes for 2012 on everyone's blogs. I'm hoping to have another finish before the end of the month. I pulled out Earth Laughs by MDesigns. There's only one more flower and some border left to stitch.

I hope you find your Joy in your stitches ...

I'm grateful for finishing a wip ...

Sorry about the crud, it seems to be really nailing people this year. Hope you get over it soon.

Beautiful finish! Feels great; right? Got a place all picked out to hang them? How has that crud gotten spread all across the US and beyond? Enjoy your stitchy time, take care, and be well.

Hope you are feeling better! I love your banner photo - I have a lot of love for snowmen! I like the really round bellied guy with the odd shape finishing on the left side - what pattern is that one...of course, I like them all, but he is a cutie!

Love your finish! I started this in December but have been stuck on the house for awhile. This will motivate me to move it along and get mine finished too.

Enjoy your sick days if you can!
